Arts & Cultural Leadership Series

These regular community in-person gatherings bring together leaders from diverse organizations (large institutions, small collectives, and independent artists) to share best practices and jointly develop new approaches to sustainability. 

Community discussions include pairing arts leaders with leaders from other sectors (business, social services, education) to discuss intersections between arts and broader community development goals; an exploration of how arts programming can be integrated into broader city-building initiatives; strengthening inter-sectoral relationships that position the arts as a core contributor to social and economic resilience, influencing municipal policy to support sustainable arts funding; and exploring shifting organizational cultures to be more proactive and strategic.
